I remember sitting in a maximum security facility that I once helped build as well as shared the gospel in. What do you do when the inspiring becomes the inmate? Who comes to see about "the least of these"? Who's assignment was it to bring me back to a better physical and mental space? Out of all who I thought I knew, only one person did that for me. My friend of the last 30 plus years, Pastor Michael Neal of the Glorious Light Church in Chicago. It has been over 10 years since we've physically seen other, so there was no way we weren't going to reminisce and have that conversation. Count with me the amount of times I completely butcher the name of his church. We laugh, we damn near cry, but as friends always do, we encourage each other...
